Mountain top removal coal mining is stopped by the Obama Administration and more changes are on the way. Earthbeat host Mike Tidwell discusses mining with JW Randolph, the legislative associate for Appalachian Voices. We hear about the latest about congressional action on climate change with author Joe Romm of the blog Climate Progress.
