Today, Earthbeat looks at two groundbreaking achievements in clean energy – one of the nation’s largest water treatment plants commits to buying one-third of its power from windmills and it says it is going to save $20 (M) million dollars in the process. a Washington, DC suburb says it is going to pay residents to use clean power.
